Posted by Vivian | August 30, 2011, 3:24 pmHey,
So there’s this new resource on the web for defeating gay-marriage bashers. Basically it allows users to give arguments for and against gay marriage, and also allows users to refute each other. So someone anti-gay marriage might submit an argument, but I can refute that argument, thereby nullify it’s weight as an argument against gay-marriage. The site is called Riyarchy (www.riyarchy.com), and it’s purpose is to end debates by having all the arguments on their system, so that it can show everyone why one side has won, and the other side has no undefeated arguments.
I think there’s several angles you can take on this:
1) a resource for people to refute anti-gay marriage arguments. For now, pro-gay-marriage is winning absolutely on the site, so in other words, all the arguments anti gay marriage are refuted. So we have every refutation we need.
2) Or you can talk about the site’s mission – to end debates but in particular the gay marriage debate. And ask people to help or something.
But there may be more angles that you can think of that I haven’t, so yeah.
Keep up the good work, guys!
Thanks,
Kevin Cheng
