Congrats, you have made it to week 4 of the Couch to 5k program! That means you are already almost halfway through this training and you are most likely already feeling like a hotter bitch than you were before. It’s hot outside which means I might actually force myself to get up early and get a run in as part of my morning routine. This also means remember to drink extra water (particularly if you are hungover from the night before you’re doing this) and to put on some sunscreen. Also, if you start to get dizzy from too much heat, electric slide your ass to the grassy area of wherever you are and take a break!
As for what we’re doing today, we’ll be starting off with our five minute walking warm-up followed by 3 minutes of jogging, 90 seconds of walking, 5 minutes of jogging, 2.5 minutes of walking, 3 minutes of jogging, 90 seconds of walking, 5 minutes of jogging and cooling down with more walking and stretching.
