Couch to 5K Podcast Week 3

This weekend could not have come quickly enough amiright? Thankfully, the weather is finally starting to cooperate for premium running weather and this means it is time to get going with these podcasts so we can all get sexy (more sexy) for the summer, for Pride and mostly, for ourselves.

Remember, pay attention to what your body is telling you and don’t overexert yourself – that is the easiest way to make yourself quit. That being said, crack that whip and challenge yourself! If you know you can go harder there is no reason for you to slack off. This is your time and you need to make the most of it.

Alright my friends, this week we start with a 5 minute walking warm-up followed by two sets of the following intervals: 90 second jog, 90 second walk, 3 minute jog, 3 minute walk. You got that? We’re doing it twice and hell to the yes you will DO IT!
