Smart Balls

After having investigated the causes of Uterine Prolapse, I decided that I needed to investigate a Kegel exercise toy. I chose the smart balls because well to be honest, they came in pretty colors. With so many high quality toys to choose from, sometimes-pretty packaging is what it comes down to.

Smart balls stand out for more than their colors though; they massage your vaginal walls while you tone Kegel muscles. The Smart Balls have weights inside that respond to any movement allowing for discreetly silent stimulation that you could even get away with at church. Smart Balls work by adding resistance to your Kegel muscles. You can choose to insert both balls at once, or start with only one while you build up your strength.

Just make sure to use lube with this product because its 1 3/8” in diameter.
